DIRECTIONS:
From I-680 southbound: Exit 9 miles south of I-580 at Calaveras Rd & Highway 84. Turn left onto Calaveras Rd and then left after 4 miles on Geary Rd. Go through the main entrance and continue to the end of the road and park in that last lot.

GET TRAVEL TIME AND DIRECTIONS at www.mapquest.com/directions from your home to Sunol Regional Wilderness, CA [but note they have you turn at Welch Creek Road and you want to pass it and turn left on Geary Road].

PARK ENTRANCE FEE: $6/car plus $2/dog.

LEASH LAW: Dogs may be off leash in the park if under "positive voice command" with a maximum of three dogs per person.

HIKE DETAILS: Depends on the trail. If wet we will walk the road which is moderate to easy. Other trails are moderate.

WATER & BATHROOM FACILITIES: Outhouse for people at trailhead. A creeks along most of the trails for dogs.
